Bookmarks

So as you can see from the post title, today I want to talk to you about bookmarks. I wanted to show you my collection and tell where you can get some free ones of your own. I probably don't have as many as some, but I still like to think that I have a lot. Then again, now that Kindles are being used more and more, I don't know how many people still use bookmarks.

Okay well first off, I'd like to say that I am always losing my bookmarks. So this is probably not all the bookmarks that I have, but here they are, in all their glory...

Yes, they are stored in empty powdered Gatorade container that I got who knows where.

So my first bookmark is a piece of paper folded in half. Yup. It's as easy as that folks.

The top one is the front of the bookmark and the bottom one is the back. I like this bookmark because it has all the different words for book in other languages. I got it from some American Girl book.

Another way to get bookmarks is to have people give them to you. The bookmark on the left is actually made out of two pieces of duct tape. The back is a turquoise color. So yeah, if what to make your own bookmark, but two pieces of duct tape together.

All of these I think were picked up from libraries. Actually, I think the one on the far left I actually found inside a library book. That one's actually my favorite and I'm using it for the book I'm reading right now. (Yes, the cuteness has capture me.)

These are all the bookmarks that I don't remember. I don't remember where they came from that is. The Amazon one I probably got from an Amazon book, but I don't remember where the other ones came from.

This is the only bookmark I have that I bought. What good is buying bookmarks if you can just make them or get them from the library yourself?

This is the most recent bookmark that I picked up. If you didn't figure it out already, this bookmark is actually a selection of paint colors that I picked up from the hardware store the other day. They are free and there is quite the selection of colors.
